Survey for the institute for work & Health (IWH)

Fire Helmets

In an effort better understand the working conditions and associated health outcomes of firefighters in Ontario, a survey has been designed by the researchers at the Institute for Work & Health (IWH) in collaboration with different firefighters in Ontario. IWH is an independent, not-for-profit research organization. More information about IWH can be found here (www.iwh.on.ca).

In answering the survey questions your candid opinions are important – whether favourable or unfavourable. Your answers will be summarized independently by researchers at IWH together with the responses of others. No identifiable information will be collected, and your responses will be kept entirely confidential and anonymous. More information about the survey and how the data will be used is available at the start of the survey. The survey takes 20 minutes to complete. At the end of the survey, you will have the option to participate in a draw to win one of four $100 gift cards.
