It is the mission of the Fire Fighters Association of Ontario to provide representation,
resources and education to and for firefighters across the diverse social and economical
environments within the province of Ontario.

Our History
We have a proud history that dates back to August 29, 1899, when the inaugural meeting of The Volunteer Fireman’s Association of Ontario was held in Toronto, Ontario. This was the beginning of our Association.

Individual Membership

An individual membership requires annual dues and entitled you to various benefits including voting rights through the quarterly FFAO Membership meetings, as well as early registration and discounts at our annual convention training events.
Lifetime Membership
$30.00$0.00/annually
A lifetime member will have paid his/her annual dues for 5 years and is in good standing with the FFAO. Benefits include voting rights through the quarterly FFAO Membership meetings, as well as early registration and discounts at our annual convention training events.
Fire Department Member
$150.00$0.00/per station/annually
A Fire Department Membership is available to any Fire Department, Fire Company, Fire Fighters’ Association, Ladies Auxiliary or any combination thereof in the Province of Ontario.
Associate Membership
$250.00$0.00/annually
